McCullough, Vargas, and Associates, Inc. has been providing
substance abuse and behavioral health care services since
1990. We have two convenient locations in Lenawee and
Hillsdale counties. Both locations' business hours are Monday
through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with evening and
weekend sessions available by appointment.
We are licensed through the Michigan Department of Consumer
and Industry Services, Bureau of Health Systems to provide
outpatient substance abuse counseling and prevention
services. MVA is accredited through the Commission on
Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). to provide
integrated services (chemical dependency and mental health)
for children, adolescents and adults. We use a team approach
to treatment,headed by our Medical Director and Psychiatrist,
Niraj P. Gupta, M.D. Our clinical staff has over 150 years of
combined experience in the field of behavioral health, working
with both adults and adolescents.
MVA specializes in the areas of: Chemical dependency, mental
health, women and family specific issues, and domestic
violence. Our staff are Certified Addictions Counselors (CAC)
or in process, and/or licensed or masters-level social workers.
