Living with the disease of chemical dependency is a different experience for women than it is for men.
Hope House for Women not only recognizes this, but also helps women understand the effects of addiction and prepare them for the special challenge they will face in recovery.
Hope House for Women welcomes women into a place of ongoing recovery and development that helps them face their addictions with a clear and proactive approach, just as they would any other disease.
Recovery is more than abstaining from alcohol and other drugs; it's mending relationships, improving self-esteem, and renewing enthusiasm for living. It is our mission to expose our residents to the various components of a healthy lifestyle. Through our programs, residents will learn to balance work, rest, relationships, and recreation in a functional and sober manner.
Our program provides you with the therapy, education, skills practice, and support you will need to be successful in recovery.
You will partner with a counselor to develop and make progress on your individualized plan for recovery.
Therapy will help you practice skills and examine the connections between addiction and relationships.
We also Collaborate with, Jackson County Drug Court, Hillsdale County Drug Court; Lenawee County Adult Treatment Drug Court, Lenawee County Sobriety Court, Family Treatment Court; Probation Department and CPS.
