Recovery Coaches are a vital aspect to our team. If you have lived experiences with addiction and are now in recovery, this may be the job for you! As a peer recovery coach you will educate, encourage, and promote recovery all while assisting clients in eliminating barriers.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic Computer Skills
• Completed required peer recovery training for certification

• Contribute to welcoming atmosphere
• Build rapport and create recovery partnerships with clients
• Utilize recovery principles of hope, choice, empowerment, recovery environment, meaning and purpose
• Provide strength-based and trauma-informed services
• Facilitate recovery skills groups
• Assist clients in coordinating transportation, connecting to recovery community, and accessing resources to eliminate barriers
• Provide accurate documentation in a timely manner
