Clinical Therapist and Women’s Specialty Services Case Manager

Biography
I’m Alli! I joined the MVA team in 2022, directly after earning my Master’s degree from the University of Michigan. During my time in school, I’ve worked in many settings such as substance use, community mental health, disability support, and integrated health care. I also have experience providing mental health counseling to the students at Adrian College.
At MVA, I get the opportunity to play several roles such as clinical therapist, women’s case manager, and a team member of a local specialty court program called Sobriety Court. I’m passionate about utilizing a holistic approach while working with individuals to address a multitude of needs such as co-occurring disorders, trauma, and case management. I also incorporate many interventions and techniques into my work such as CBT, DBT-informed, ACT, mindfulness, self-care, and motivational interviewing.
In my free time I love reading, exploring new music, collecting vinyl records, playing cozy video games, and spending time with my partner and our cat.
