Lead Resident Aide

Ashley Kingsley

Biography

My name is Ashley Kingsley, and I have been working for MVA Behavioral Health Services since March 2024. My current role is the Lead Resident Aide for Hope House residential programs. My duties include scheduling, training new employees, completing new intakes, helping RA's improve their consistency with daily tasks, and filling in as an RA when needed.

I am in recovery myself, and my sober date is March 24th 2022. I am working in this field because I love helping people and giving others strength and hope for a better future. I'm currently taking peer recovery coaching classes so that I can further my education and help others in recovery even more!

I like to spend my free time to with my three children, practicing and playing soccer and volleyball with them and watching their games. We attend church on Sundays, we love to go camping, visit waterparks, and any kind of free family fun events that tend to happen often in our area! I am also a member some parent coalition groups where I find a lot of different ideas and resources on how to better my life as a parent.
