I have been working at MVA Behavioral Health Services for over two decades. I joined the team in 1995, starting as a receptionist and helping my father, Roy Vargas, one of the founding partners of the business. Since that time, I have transitioned through various roles including drug testing technician and office manager.
Currently serving as the Financial Manager, I help to ensure the efficient management of our financial operations, spearhead strategic financial planning, and coordinate our overall financial decision-making processes.
Outside of work, I enjoy bird watching, taking walks in nature, reading a good book, solving different types of puzzles, and spending quality time with family.
