I have been employed with MVA Behavioral Health Services since 2020. In my role I monitor client accounts to identify insurance claims and correspondence with providers to enable accurate billing. I also help screen new clients over the phone and help link them to the appropriate services and appointments. Additionally, I help to create and update records and files to maintain document compliance.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, going on an adventure and doing tattoos.
