I joined the MVA team in 2021 after earning my Master's degree from Siena Heights University. I completed my undergraduate degree in 2018 from Central Michigan University with a degree in Athletic Training, with a minor in substance use prevention, intervention, and treatment which sparked my interest in the field. I have a passion for both counseling and sports medicine and enjoy helping clients identify their needs and reach their goals utilizing a person first approach. In my free time I enjoy reading and listening to music, doing puzzles, watching sports, and spending time with friends and my cats!
